how we work

From initial consultation to final delivery, we keep you informed and involved every step of the way, ensuring your miniatures are painted exactly as you envision them.

1. Initial Contact and Quote:
   Once you get in touch with our studio and we address any questions or concerns you may have, we will provide you with a detailed quote. This quote will be valid for 30 days, unless the prices of the miniatures from the supplier change during this period, in which case adjustments may be necessary. We recommend that we purchase the miniatures for you, as it saves you shipping costs and any other issues.

2. Confirming the Quote and Deposit:
   Once you are happy with the quote, we will wait for a deposit to be made. The deposit will be 50% of the total painting cost. If we are responsible for purchasing the miniatures, the payment for them will also be required upfront. Once the deposit is received, we will confirm the payment and assign your project to one of our skilled painters.

3. Project Start:
   Once we have the miniatures in hand, the painter will begin working on your project as soon as possible. The time required will depend on our current workload, and we will provide you with an estimated wait time when you reach out to us. As soon as work begins, we will send you progress updates and keep you informed about the next steps.

4. Assembly and Color Test:

   • Assembly (if needed): If the miniatures require assembly, we will send you pictures of the parts being used.

   • Color Test: Next, we will proceed with the color test phase, where we will show you a preview of how the army will look with your chosen color scheme. You will have the option to request one change to the color scheme or details if you are not satisfied with the result.

5. Final Painting:
   Once the color test is approved, we will begin painting the rest of the army. During this phase, we will continue to send you updates on the progress, ensuring that everything aligns with your vision.

6. Final Approval and Shipping:
   Once the project is completed, we will send you photos for your final approval. After approval, the remaining balance will be due. Once we receive the final payment, your miniatures will be shipped directly to your home.
